We take great care in creating and delivering handcrafted products. Since each item is uniquely made, minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural and not considered defects. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged or incorrect.
- Customers must report any damage or issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic proof via email or WhatsApp.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- The customer must initiate the return within 1–3 days after receiving the order.
Return & Replacement Process
- Once your request is verified, we will arrange for a return pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement if applicable.
- The replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days after verification.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after product inspection and approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- In case of COD orders, customers may be required to provide bank details for refund processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Customized or personalized orders
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Minor variations in handcrafted items (as these are part of the handmade nature)
